Cancellation & Refund Policy

HASTKALA has online presence and offline retail and the policy for both is different.

Cancellations of orders placed on our website are allowed without any issues before the products are shipped. In case the products are already shipped out to you kindly contact us with the Order ID.

Refunds and product exchanges are provided against orders up to 7 days from dispatch of package to the customer as per our records. Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once we verify that the items have been returned to us in a pristine condition and unopened and unutilized state. In case of any special cases kindly feel free to contact us.

If you choose to exchange/return an item, you will need to courier the product back to us on the address mentioned on the website. We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same.

Please write the following information on a sheet of paper and put it in your return parcel:

  • Order No

  • Reason for returning parcel

Offline locations:

Our offline locations currently do not offer Cancellations or Returns except for extraordinary circumstances. Kindly contact us in case of any queries regarding this.
